摘要
用(dbm)3Ti(OPh)/MAO催化苯乙烯间规聚合反应。研究了Al/Ti摩尔比、催化剂浓度、聚合时间和单体浓度等因素对该反应的影响。结果表明,该非茂钛催化剂体系本体聚合n(Al)/n(Ti)=500时聚合活性可达615kg/(molh)(每摩尔Ti每小时生成的PS量);溶液聚合催化剂浓度为200~1200μmol/L时,聚合活性衰减平缓,苯乙烯的转化率随时间而直线上升。用13CNMR、DSC表征了得到的聚合物,其间规度≥96%,熔点为269~271℃。
Syndiotactic polystyrene(sPS)was polymerized with(dbm) 3Ti(OPh)/MAO The influence factors were investigated including Al/Ti molar ratio,catalyst concentration,polymerization time and styrene concentration When Al/Ti=500,the bulk polymerizing activity was up to 615 kg/(mol·h) Under the given condition,with the polymerization time increasing,the conversion of styrene increased almost linearly The syndioatcticity of the titled polystyrene was no less than 96% and the melting point was 269~271 ℃ The polymer was characterized with 13 C NMR and DSC as well
