摘要
以上海"新天地"改造工程为研究背景,阐述了旧城更新中触媒策略给予的启示,指出"新天地"通过合理运用拼贴的设计方法,在灵活的改造模式中转换了旧区历史价值,从而带动城市的多样化发展。
With Shanghai ＂New World＂ replacement engineering as research background,the catalyst strategy enlightenment on old city replacement was illustrated.It pointed out that the ＂New World＂ used collage design method rationally,the old district historical value was conversed in flexible replacement model,therefore drove city diversification development.
