浅谈城市中心区土地存量的挖掘与再开发

以城市中心区的土地为研究对象,通过评价与分析中心区土地的发展潜力及土地利用中普遍存在的问题,得出中心区存量土地的分类办法,并通过总结城市土地再开发的一般原则与方法,得出与土地分类相对应的城市中心区土地再开发的方法指引,为我国城市中心区盘活土地存量及合理开发利用土地奠定基础。

Taking the earth of urban downtown as the research object, the paper according to the evaluation and analysis of the development potential in downtown earth and the problems in the earth utility, concludes the classification methods for the downtown land, and provides relative methods direction for the redevelopment of the land in downtown by the summery of the general principle and methods for the redevelopment of the urban land, so as to lay the foundation for use the land of the urban downtown and reasonable development of the land.
