摘要
从苯乙烯装置的物料平衡入手，重点分析了导致装置物耗高的因素，并结合技术改造、生产经验、技术交流提出解决途径：提高薄膜蒸发器、尾气回收系统的开工率；优化烃化反应、三级洗涤、乙苯脱氢操作；提高乙苯／苯乙烯分离塔的分离效果。
The causes of high material consumption in a polystyrene unit have been analyzed by means of material balance.The problems have been resolved by enhancing the operation rate of film evaporator and tail gas recovery system,optimizing the process steps of alkylation,secondary washing,and ethylbenzene dehydrogenation,as well as enhancing the efficiency of ethylbenzene/styrene separation column.
