摘要
通过现场检查和取样,对该部分耐热混凝土进行了室温至300℃体积稳定性试验、蒸压安定性试验和化学成分分析试验,结合耐热混凝土的原材料和级配进行了分析,认为造成该事故的原因是耐热混凝土原材料中氧化镁含量过高,在特定的环境下发生水化反应,导致体积急剧膨胀。
According to field checking and sampling,it gets room temperature to 300 ℃ volume stability test,autoclaved stability test and chemical constituents analysis test,combining with raw material and grade of the heat-resistance concrete gets analysis,thinks that causes of resulting to this accident is over high of the magnesia content in the heat-resistance concrete raw material,and happening hydration reaction in certain environment,results to volume rapid expansion.
