摘要
针对高校基建档案管理的重要性,基于新形势下基建档案的特点、作用、存在的问题,从依法治档,增强档案意识,"三同步"管理,加大硬件投入等方面提出了加强高校基建档案现代化管理的有效途径。
Against to the importance of capital construction files management,based on the characteristics,function and existing problems in the new situation,the effective paths to strengthen capital construction files modernization management in colleges were proposed from archives management according to law,strengthening files consciousness,three synchronizing management and increasing hardware investing.
