摘要
针对我国建筑业当前存在的问题及未来发展趋势,提出大型建设项目企业动态联盟的组织模式,阐述了大型建设项目企业动态联盟的含义和意义,并运用IDEF0分析方法,重点分析了大型建设项目企业动态联盟的组建过程、项目任务分解以及动态联盟合作伙伴的选择。
In view of current problems and future development trend in the construction industry of our country, the paper presents the dynamic alliance organizational model of large-scale construction projects. This paper discusses the meaning and significance of dynamic alliance about the large-scale construction projects, and based on IDEFO analysis methods, specifically analyzes the dynamic alliance formation process of large-scale construction projects, project structure breakdown and the choice method of dynamic alliance＇s cooperative partners.
