摘要
用正交试验方法对结焦含量为0.1%、0.8%、2.5%的失活5A分子筛分别进行空气燃烧除焦再生试验。方差分析结果显示,温度是影响再生效果的关键因素。试验结果表明,在350℃、空气流速为1.0m/min和时间为2h的再生条件下,三种结焦含量不同的失活5A分子筛动态吸附性能和比表面积均能恢复到90%以上,能够满足工业上重新应用的要求。
In this paper,by combustion in a stream of air,orthogonal experiments are designed to rege nerate three kinds of 5A molecular sieve,with coke contents of 0 1%,0 8% and 2 5% by mass respectively The temperature is the leading factor of regeneration according to the results of variance analysis When the regeneration temperature is 350 ℃,air flow 1 0 m/min and regeneration time 2 h,the specific surface area and dynamic adsorption capacity of the three kinds of 5A mole cular sieve can be recovered to the extent of 90% of fresh 5A molecular sieve,which meet the requirememts of reuse in the separation of normal paraffins
