摘要
通过阐述建设工程招标制度中的评标方式,研究了招标对反腐败、反寻租的作用及意义,以期最大限度的防止寻租行为的发生,从而保证工程质量,促进社会主义市场经济发展。
Through introduction of bid evaluation modes in present tendering system of construction projects the actions and measures bid invitation against corruption and anti rent seeking are studied,in order to prevent the accrue of rent-seeking behavior maximum to ensure engineering quality and promote the development of socialist market economy.
