摘要
开发了新型甲苯歧化及烷基转移催化剂(HAT-095型),在转化率45%、质量空速1.4h-1的条件下,选择性达到96%以上。该催化剂具有初期反应温度低、提温速率慢、操作稳定、选择性高、副反应少、生成的轻烃量少和处理C9芳烃和C+10芳烃能力强的特点。
This paper presents the performance of a newly developed catalyst HAT 095 for the disproportionation and transalkylation of toluene The catalysts selectivity exceeds 96% at a conversion of 45% and weight hourly space velocity of 1 4h -1 The catalyst features a low temperature at the initial stage of reaction,low rate of increase in temperature,stable operation,few side reactions,low formation of light hydrocarbons and high capacity of treating C 4 and C 10 aromatic hydrocarbons
