摘要
我国学生体质健康问题已经成为举国上下关心和重视的问题。学校体育教育担负着体育运动、健身技能的传授,学校体育是终身体育的基础,运动兴趣和习惯是促进学生自主学习和终身坚持锻炼的前提,提高学生体质健康是学校体育工作的落脚点,培养学生终身体育意识是学校体育工作的归宿。通过文献资料法、统计分析法和访问法对上述内容进行研究,本着"为人为本、健康第一"的指导思想,深入的了解高校学生目前的体质健康现状,真正关注学生的健康意识、锻炼习惯和卫生习惯的养成,将增进学生健康贯穿于体育课程实施的全过程,确保"健康第一"的思想落到实处,使学生健康成长。通过多年的第一线教学经验归纳、总结,找到相对适合促进高校学生体质健康发展的主要措施,从而为实现学生身体素质的全面发展取得良好的效果。
Student health care has become nation's attention. School physical education bears sports and fitness skills, School sports are the basis for life-long sports, and sports interests and habits are to promote independent learning and lifelong exercise, and raise their physical health. The work of school physical education and training students lifelong sports consciousness is the work of school physical education. In this paper, literature and data, statistical analysis and access to the above method to study the spirit of "peopleoriented, health first", the guiding ideology, in-depth understanding of the physical health of college students in the current status are related to student health awareness , exercise habits and health habits to cultivate. This will enhance student health throughout the whole process of the implementation of physical education curriculum to ensure the "health first" idea, so that students can grow up healthily. In this paper, many years of teaching experience have been summed up to find a relatively suitable way for college students to promote the healthy development in order to achieve the comprehensive development of physical fitness of students.
