创建文化软实力学的宏观视野与基本思路

The Macro-perspective and Basic Ideas to Create A Cultural Soft Power Science

理论之树常青,源于它对实践的指导。文化软实力的开发、建设和发展必须有相应的正确理论导航,因而,创建文化软实力学,成为当代社会发展所需。文化软实力学,应该是一门本土化的新国际政治学,它应以文化软实力为研究对象,以文化创生力为其探讨的核心问题,以开创全球化生态文明道路为其努力方向。由此三方面规定,创建文化软实力学,应该遵循文化本位动力原则等五大原则,去探索构建以生态化综合为基本视域的方法论体系,并在此基础上展开其系统的基础理论研究和实践开发研究。前者的主要任务是对文化软实力进行本体论、构成论、创造论、价值论、发展论和方法论探讨;后者的主要任务是对文化软实力展开实践基础、实践功能和纵向开发及其发展评价反馈等方面的研究。

The evergreen tree of theory stems from its guidance to practice. There must be a corresponding correct theory of navigation for the development, construction and progress of cultural soft power. Thus, the creation of cultural soft power science becomes a contemporary social development requirement, Cultural soft power science should be a localized study of a new international political science. It should choose cuitural soft power as its research object, and choose the capacity of cultural creation as its core issues, in order to create a global ecological civilization. Because of these three requirements, the creation of cultural soft power science should follow five principles, such as the principles of cultural-based power, to explore building a methodology system whose basic domain is ecological integration. Then on this basis, it should expand its systemic basic theoretical research and practice development re- search. The former＇s main task is to conduct an investigation of cultural soft power in terms of ontology, constructionalism, creationism, axiology, developmentalism and methodology. The latter＇s main task is to expand researches of cultural soft power about its basis of practice, practical function, longitudinal development and its feedback of development evaluation.
