中国古代“文化”概念的“软实力”内涵

The "Soft Power" Connotation of the "Culture" Concept in Ancient China

一般来讲,"软实力"是20世纪末西方学者为应对世界各民族国家进入全球性竞争时期而提出的一个重要概念。其实,中国战国时代产生的"文化"概念,早就具有"软实力"的思想内涵。中国古代思想家从"人文化成"的角度,对"文化"具有"化入人心"的无形而巨大的力量提出了系统的思想理论。

In general, ＂soft power＂ is an important concept put forward by western scholars to respond to the nation--states over the world going into the era of global competition in late 20th century. In fact, the ＂culture＂ concept produced during China＇s Warring States Period had ideological connotation of ＂soft power＂ already. Ancient Chinese thinkers made a systematic ideological theory in terms of ＂culture civilization＂, believing that the ＂culture＂ had an invisible and enormous power to ＂incorporate into people＇s hearts＂.
