摘要
以AlCl3和CCl4为氯化剂,制备了Pt-Cl/Al2O3型C5/C6烷烃低温异构化催化剂,考察了补氯条件对催化剂异构化活性和选择性的影响,结果表明,以正己烷为原料,在氢压2.0MPa,进料质量空速1.0h-1,反应温度140℃,氢油摩尔比1~2条件下,2,2-二甲基丁烷选择性30%;n-C6转化率90%,经微反装置300h运转,催化剂活性未见下降。
A Pt Cl/Al 2O 3 catalyst for C 5/C 6 alkanes isomerization at low temperature was prepared using AlCl 3 and CCl 4 as chlorinating agent , and the effect of adding chlorine on the isomerizing acti vity and selectivity of the catalyst was investigated. Test results showed that selectivity and conversion of the catalyst with n hexane as feedstock were up to 29~30% and 89~90% respectively at a temperature of 140 ℃, hydrogen pressure of 2.0 Mpa, WHSV of 1.0 h -1 and H 2/oil ratio of 1 ̄2 mol. The activity of the catalyst remained after 300 h operation in a micro reactor, which reached the level of similar foreign catalyst.
