摘要
目的研究冰片对血小板内游离钙离子浓度([Ca2+]i)的影响,以探讨其抗血小板聚集作用的可能机制。方法采用双波长Fura-2荧光法测定血小板胞浆内游离钙离子浓度([Ca2+]i)。结果在有无细胞外钙存在时,冰片血清均能够明显抑制5-HT诱导的血小板胞内[Ca2+]i升高(P<0.05)。结论冰片可抑制血小板聚集,其作用机制可能与其抑制血小板胞浆[Ca2+]i升高有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of bornel on cytoplasmic free calcium level in rat platelets and its possible mechanism of anti - platelet aggregation. Methods Platelet [Ca^2+]i was determined by double beam fluorescence spectrophotometric method. Results With or without the presence of extracellular Ca^2 + , bornel inhibited the increased [Ca^2+]i induced by 5 - HT. Conclusion Bornel markedly inhibits the platelet aggregation, and its mechanism may be related to its depression on the rise of platelet [Ca^2+]i.
