摘要 兰州化学工业公司35kt/a用乙腈法从C4馏分抽提丁二烯装置的改扩建工程,不仅使装置生产能力增加,而且在技术上进行了重大的改进,增加了一、二萃取精馏塔的塔板数,并采用高效导向浮阀塔板,提高了产品质量,降低了能耗,萃余C4中丁二烯含量由原来的0.8%降至40μg/g以下,为从C4中分离高纯度正丁烯增添了一条新途径。在自动控制方面采用了DCS。 The revamping and enlargement of an extraction unit for extracting butadiene from C 4 fraction with acetonitrile method at Lanzhou Chemical Industry Company were briefly introduced. The project not only increased the producing capacity, but also improved the processing technology. By reaso nably increasing the number of the column plates of the first and second extraction and rectification columns, and adopting the high efficiency directed valve trays, the product quality was improved and the energy consumption was decreased. The butadiene content in the C 4 raffinate was dropped from 0.8% to less than 40 μg/g. DCS has been used for raising the autocontrolling level.
