摘要
为解决通用齿轮油复合剂加剂量偏高的问题,在实验室研究了含硫添加剂、含磷添加剂的使用性能以及它们与辅助添加剂的复合效应。试验结果表明,使用硫化异丁烯、硫磷酸复酯胺盐、硫代磷酸酯胺盐等调配的低剂量通用齿轮油复合剂,具有良好的热氧化安定性、极压抗磨性、防锈防腐性和抗乳化性。该复合剂分别以1.2%、1.4%、1.6%、1.8%、2.0%调制的N680、N460、N320、N220、N100粘度级别的重负荷工业齿轮油,均达到了USS224规格要求;以4.
In order to decrease the dosage of additive package for gear oil, the service performance of the sulfur and phosphorus contained additive and its synergistic effect with the auxiliaries were studied. The results showed that the low dosage general purpose additive package formulated by sulfurized isobutylene and the amine salts of thiophosphoric diesters and thiophoshporic ester exhibited superior high temperature oxidation stability as well as good extreme pressure anti wear, anti rust, anti corrosion and anti mulsifying properties. The performance required by USS224 standards could by met by adding 1.2, 1.4, 1.6, 1.8 and 2.0 wt% of the additive package respectively to form N680, N460, N320, N220 and N100 viscosity grade heavy loading gear oils. The 85W/90 heavy loading vehicle gear oil with 4.8 wt% said additive package reached the standard of API GL 5.
