吴茱萸和密楝叶中挥发油成分的气相色谱-质谱分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析陕西汉中产吴茱萸和密楝叶中挥发油成分。方法用水蒸气蒸馏法提取吴茱萸和密楝叶中挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)分析检测。结果两种植物叶挥发油共鉴定出93种化学成分,主要为萜类、脂类及酰胺类等化合物。其中吴茱萸叶中挥发油中鉴定出61种化学成分,未知2种;主要成分有β-氧化石竹烯(相对含量为14.7%,下同),反式-11-十五烯醛(13.61%),球朊醇(7.2%)等。密楝叶中挥发油中鉴定出56种化学成分,未知2种;主要成分有β-氧化石竹烯(15.59%),α-库贝醇(10.2%),乙酸法呢烯酯(9.94%),橙花叔醇(9.42%)等。在吴茱萸和密楝叶的挥发油化学成分中,有28种成分是它们共有的,分别占各自挥发油总量的49.92%和43.38%。结论吴茱萸和密楝叶中挥发油的主要成分种类和含量比较相似,与果实中挥发油相比,同种植物叶与果实的挥发油在组成成分种类及含量上都有较大的差异。 Objective To analyze the volatile oil constituents in Evodia rutaecarpa Benth. and E. lenticellata Huang. Methods - Volatile oil constituents were extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC - MS. Results About 93 different compounds were isolated and identified from the samples. There were 61 compounds including 2 unknown in E. rutaecarpa, in which the main compounds were β - Caryophyllene oxide ( 14.7 % ), Z - 11 - Pentadecenal ( 13.61% ), Globulol ( 7.2% ). There were 56 compounds including 2 unknown in E. lenticellata Huang. , in which the main compounds were β - Caryophyllene oxide( 15.59% ), α- Cubenol ( 10. 2 % ), Farnesen - 1 - ol, acetate ( 9.94 % ), Nerolidol ( 9.42 % ). There were 28 common volatile oil compounds in the leaf of E. rutaecarpa Benth. and E. lenticellata Huang. Conclusion The analysis results showed that the type and quantity of the main compounds are much the same in the leaf of E. rutaecarpa Benth. and E. lenticellata Huang. But compared with the volatile oil compounds, there are larger differemces between the fruit and leaf of the same plants.
