通过对经典文献的学习,以及徐景藩教授的辅导,结合自己的临床经验,阐述对《金匮要略》肝病实脾观点的认识。重点论述了肝病实脾理论在临床的具体运用,并通过典型病例说明肝病实脾的重要性。

With a careful study of classical literature and the support from professor XU Jing-fan, the author explains his view on rein- forcing the spleen in the treatment of liver diseases in Synopsis of Prescriptions of Golden Chamber, especially the application of this theory in clinical practice. The author also presents case studies to illustrate the importance of the theory of reinforcing the spleen in the treatment of liver diseases.
