华佗健聪汤对H_2O_2损伤的原代星形胶质细胞分泌BDNF的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察华佗健聪汤对氧化应激状态下的星形胶质细胞分泌脑源性神经生长因子(BDNF)的影响。方法以原代培养的SD乳鼠星形胶质细胞为材料,H2O2造成星形胶质细胞损伤,氧化损伤前中药组用华佗健聪汤灌胃后获取的大鼠含药血清进行干预,用ELISA法检测星形胶质细胞上清液中BDNF含量。结果中药组BDNF含量与正常组、模型组相比均有显著增加(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论华佗健聪汤能明显增加在氧化应激状态下星形胶质细胞分泌BDNF的水平,从而保护神经元。 OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Huatuo Jiancong Decotion on levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)excreted from primary cultured astrocytes under the state of oxidative stress. METHOD The primary cultured murine astrocytes are injured by H2O2. In adance the Chinese medicine group was given the serum of the rats containing medicineingredients, which the rats assimilated the medicine ingredients from Huatuo Jiancong Decoction Infused intragastricly into the rats. The levels of BDNF of astrocytes are examined by ELISA. RESULT The level of BDNF is greatly more increasing in the Chinese medicine group than the normal and model groups. CONCLUSION Huatuo Jiancong Decoction greatly improves the level of BDNF of primary cultured astrocytes under the state of oxidative stress and then protects nerve ceils.
