Application of 1×2×0.30SHT steel cord in belt of PCR tire

研究1×2×0.30SHT钢丝帘线在轿车子午线轮胎带束层中的应用。结果表明,以1×2×0.30SHT钢丝帘线替代1×3×0.30HT钢丝帘线应用于轿车子午线轮胎带束层,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度、脱圈阻力、耐久性能和高速性能变化不大,轮胎质量减小,生产成本降低。

The application of 1 × 2 × 0.30SHT steel cord in the belt of PCR tire was investigated.The results showed that, by using 1 × 2 × 0. 30SHT steel cord instead of 1 × 3 × 0.30HT steel cord in the belt of PCR tire, the overall diameter of inflated tire, strength, bead unseating resistance, endurance and speed performance of finished tire changed a little,and the tire weight and production cost were reduced.
