摘要 借助Fluent软件,选择标准κ-ε模型和标准壁面函数对单级部分流泵在设计工况方面进行了三维湍流数值模拟,分析了叶轮、涡壳内流体的流动,指出径向直叶片叶轮进口的冲击损失很大,隔舌前后是能量损失、产生噪声与振动的主要区域,隔舌对泵性能影响较大,蜗壳内存在两个反向的旋涡,蜗壳内的流体在主流和二次流的共同影响下沿着流道向前推进。最后,对泵性能的预测值与实测值作了对比,验证了数值模拟的正确性。 The standardκ-εmodel and wall functions were applied to the numerical simulation of three - dimensional turbulence flow at design point for single Stage partial emission pump by means of Fluent. The velocity and the pressure fields in impeller and volute were investigated in detail. An impact at the leading edge of impeller and fluid media passing through the volute in the form as vortex were observed. The department of baffle tongue was the primary area with energy loss, noise and vibrancy, the pump performance was greatly influenced by baffle tongue. The results were verified by comparing the performance prediction with the experimental resuits.
