PA6对膨胀型阻燃PE电缆料性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以蜜胺包覆聚磷酸铵(MAPP)、小分子成炭剂季戊四醇(PER)和大分子成炭剂PA6组成的膨胀型阻燃剂体系阻燃线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)。通过氧指数(LOI)、扫描电镜(SEM)和力学性能测试研究,结果表明:PA6成炭剂具有协效阻燃作用,少量添加时可使氧指数从26.5%提高到29.5%,且生成的炭层封闭性较好。 The flame retardant LLDPE is produced from intumescent flame retardant system with MAPP, PER and PA6. Research on the performance of the composites with LOI test, SEM and mechanics test is conducted. The results obtained indicate that PA6 has the synergistic effect with intumescent flame retardant, and LOI is improved remarkably from 26.5% to 29.5% by adding a little quantity of PA6. The surface residue after burning is well obturated.
