驱动轮作为煤矿机械行走机构的关键零件,其结构的优劣直接影响设备性能及行走机构的使用寿命。介绍2种驱动轮轮齿的结构设计方法,并且进行CAE分析,验证安全系数。
It is a key part that the drive wheel is in traveling mechanism of coal mine machinery,such configuration is well or not that will make a impact on equipment performance and life of traveling mechanism.The article introduce that there are two sorts of configuration and comparing with them, and making CAE analysis to validate safety factor.
