Theory Investigation of Relationship of Friction Hoist Lining Hardness and Stress

根据弹性半空间理论和分布载荷作用下的应力分析了硬度计的测试机理,并分析了绳槽中衬垫的受力情况,给出了比压测试原理,根据硬度测试中变形与硬度以及绳槽中衬垫的变形与比压的关系,得出衬垫硬度与比压存在内在联系,通过理论推导建立了衬垫硬度和比压之间的关系。

This paper analyses the testing mechanics of hardness gauge on the basis of elastic half- space theory and stress in distributed load. Also, it makes an analysis of lining forced. The paper illustrates the testing principle of stress. According to the relation of lining＇s strain with hardness and relation of lining＇s strain with stress, it establishes an inner relation and a formula of lining＇s hardness with stress.
