液固两相流泵叶轮内流场数值分析与试验研究 被引量:19

摘要 利用FLUENT软件欧拉多相流模型对低比转速液固两相流泵叶轮内流场进行了三维数值模拟研究,依据数值计算结果,分析了叶轮内液固两相流场;同时对该叶轮进行了试验研究,试验结果符合设计要求。通过比较数值计算结果和试验结果,发现两者的扬程和效率都比较相近。 Based on Euler muhiphase model of FLUENT software, the paper researches on 3-D numerical simulation of liquid-solid two-phase flow field in the impeller of the low specific speed slurry pump. According to the results of numerical simulation, liquid-solid two-phase flow field in the impeller has been analyzed. Further more, the research on testing for the impeller has been done, the testing results conform to design requirements. By comparing the results of numerical analysis with the test results, it is found that the head and the efficiency of both are close.
