摘要
设计了一种PSY30型煤矿用便携式可折叠移动消防水炮,介绍了其工作原理。利用Fluent软件对该消防水炮内部流场进行了数值模拟,分析了炮头仰角和炮身通径大小对出口速度的影响规律,仿真结果和理论计算结果相符合,进一步验证了所设计的消防水炮的合理性及准确性。相关结论也为其他规格和类型的消防水炮的设计提供了一定的理论参考依据。
A collapsed portable fire water monitor was designed, and working principle was introduced. The internal flow field was numerical simulated using fluent software. The influence on outlet velocity was analyzed by changing different angles of the head and diameters of the body, and the simulation results accorded with the theory calculations. So, the reasonless and accuracy of the designed fire water monitor was verified. The relevant results can also provide a certain theoretical reference for design of other specifications and types of fire water monitor.
