摘要
利用AMESim液压仿真软件对一种在液压源与控制阀间存在长管道的水下装置液压系统进行了仿真,结果表明液压源与控制阀间的长管道对液压系统动态特性有不可忽视的影响。随着管道长度的增加和管道通径的减小,系统压力损失增大,响应时间增加。在长管道与控制阀的接口处加入蓄能器可以较好地消除管道效应,改善系统的动态特性。
The simulation of long pipeline hydraulic control system between hydraulic power supply and control valve of an underwater equipment is studied based on AMESim.The results show that the existence of long pipeline is an important factor affecting dynamic characteristics of hydraulic system. The system pressure drop and response time increase with length increase and diameter decrease of pipeline. The dynamic characteristics can be better improved by adding accumulator between the long pipeline and the control valve entrance.
