摘要
采用铁谱技术研究了液压支架安全阀失效的深层次原因。结果表明,工作介质水硬、混合污染物污染、管理不善及安全阀抗污防锈能力低是主导因素。分析了起源及其影响机理,提出根本改善和增强安全阀安全可靠性的对策与措施,对巩固提高液压支架性能、促进综采面实现优质高效和安全生产、安全阀优化设计,具有较高技术经济价值。
Ferrographie study used a hydraulic support safety valve of the deep-rooted causes of failure. The results show that the water quality of transmission medium ,mixed pollutants pollute, poor management and low pollute and rust and erode of safety valve is the dominant factor. Analysis of the mechanism of origin and its impact, to advance improve and enhanee the reliability safety of relief valve on ultimate of measures, versus eonsolidation and improve the performance of hydraulic support, to promote the realization of fully mechanized mining faee the production of high quality and effieieney and safety, optimal design of safety valve, the eeonomie value of high teehnology.
