Finite Elements Analyzing for the Small Section Pushing Rod of the Hydraulic Support

应用CAD软件,对液压支架小截面推移杆进行三维建模,用CAE分析软件对其进行有限元分析。通过分析,了解在各种力的作用下液压支架小截面推移杆应力分布情况,为液压支架推移杆的设计、维护和保养提供参考依据。

By application of the CAD, a three-dimensional model was carried out for the small section pushing rod of the hydrauhc support, and then analyzed its finite elements by CAE. Through analyzing, the stress distribution of the pushing rod was made clear, which provides the reference frame for the pushing rod＇s design and maintenance.
