摘要
运用Pro/E软件建立了SMJ5540TZJ15/800Y煤层气车载钻机井架的三维模型,然后将模型导入ANSYS软件,在设计载荷作用下对其进行了静力和模态特性分析,估算了车载钻机井架结构在设计中产生共振的情况,为钻机井架设计提供了参考和依据。
The 3D modeling of SMJ5540TZJ15/800Y CBM truck mounted rig derrick is finished with Pro/E, which is then used in the ANSYS finite element analysis. The static analysis and modal analysis of the rig in the designed load is done with ANSYS software, which estimates the resonance of the rig. Providing reference for the design of rig derrick.
