摘要
数控机床对于一些形状复杂但却有一定规律的零件,例如椭圆、抛物线、双曲线等进行加工时,可通过利用数控原理中数学计算,应用宏程序进行编制程序代码,可实现准确的自动加工。基于对宏程序的研究着重分析了宏程序在加工椭圆中的应用,指出了常见的错误编程方法。
A number of comple but regular workpieces , such as the ellipse, parabola, hyperbola, etc., can be made accurately on numerical control machine tools, which programm with the application of macro instruction. The application of macro instrution in the processing of ellipse was analyzed, the common mistakes programming methods were pointed out.
