摘要
主要介绍在立式车床上加工大型圆柱体上R弧槽的工装设计。根据企业现有的条件和生产实际状况,通过蜗杆与蜗轮传动原理改变刀具的切削方向,由原来的刀具直向进给加工,变成旋转加工,提高大型圆柱体上R弧槽加工精度。此工装设计原理可用在立车上,也可用在卧车上,减轻操作者劳动强度,降低加工难度,提高加工精度,经实践加工R28弧取得成功,解决了实际工作中的加工困难,有一定的推广价值。
The tooling design in machining large cylinder R arc slot on vertical lathe was introduced. According to the existing condition and actual production condition, through the worm and worm transmission principle of cutting tools, change direction by the original tools for processing, straight to enter into a rotating machining, improve machining accuracy of the cylinder R arc slot. This fixture design principle can be used in the vertical lathe and in the horizontal lathe to reduce labor intensity, reduce processing difficulty, and improve machining accuracy. The success through the practice of processing R28 arc solves the difficulty in the practical work, so it has certain popularization value.
