摘要
球磨机系统是一典型的多变量大时延非线性时变系统,各个控制量之间存在着严重的耦合,因此基于常规PID方法设计的控制方案控制效果不理想。利用动态矩阵解耦控制策略,对球磨机进行了仿真研究。结果表明,动态矩阵解耦控制能有效地解除变量间的强耦合和大时延问题,而且当球磨机模型失配时,也能获得较好的控制效果,具有良好的动态性能和稳态性能。
The ball mill pulverizing system is a typical muhivariable nonlinear coupling system with large time delays, and is difficult to be controlled by the conventional PID strategy. Based on the present situation of ball mills, a decoupling control strategy using the dynamic matrix control has been put forward. The simulation results show that the dynamic matrix decoupling control can effectively resolve the strong coupling and large time delays problems, and it can also obtain good control effect under the condition of model mismatch.
