摘要
针对传统维修保障手段研究面临的问题,在分析国内外相关研究的基础上,提出了一个维修可视化支持系统的架构。论述了系统的主要功能模块、功能实现及其关键技术。该系统可实现装配建模、拆装序列的规划评估、拆装序列驱动的维修作业仿真以及对维修保障的支持等关键功能。基于此系统可实现的功能,对该系统的应用前景进行了展望。
Some difficulties exist in traditional methods of the maintenance support,based on the relevant research, a visualization framework of maintenance support is presented. The system main function modules and some relevant key techniques are discussed. Functions of assembly modeling, disassembly and assembly planning, sequence evaluation, maintenance simulation can be implemented in this system. Based on the system functions, the development of maintenance support methods and application of the system is analyzed.
