摘要
通过用宏程序编制椭圆面和矩形四周圆角过渡R面2个例子在数控加工程序中的应用,对宏程序与CAD/CAM编程以及宏程序与普通手工程序进行了比较分析,分析结果表明:宏程序在数控编程中具有短小精悍,运行速度快的优点,而且在一些二次圆锥线的应用中,宏程序具有仅用一条程序便能完成某种类型曲线编制的优点。
Macro programs,CAD/CAM programs,macro programs and ordinary manual program are compared and analyzed, through applications in CNC machining program by two examples that macro programme oval face and the R face of rectangle around fillet transition. The results of analysis demonstrate that macro programs applied in the CNC programming are short, accurate, and fast in the function, moreover, macro programs can program some types of curve using a procedure only in some decondary cone line.
