摘要
带式输送机是矿山机械中关键装备,亦是故障多发环节,而轴承和齿轮损伤又是诱发故障的重要因素。基于NI(National Instruments)公司的LabVIEW图形化编程平台,编制具有良好人机界面的矿山带式输送机故障诊断软件。该软件集成了现代小波分析等非平稳信号处理方法和机械设备故障诊断方法,具有诊断准确可靠的优点。
The belt conveyer is one of the key machines for mining and processing equipment, which is also the weak link with frequent failures.Bearing and gear failures are the important factors that lead to the faults of belt conveyer. Based on the graphical programming platform of LabVIEW developed by National Instruments, the fault diagnosis software for mining belt conveyer is programmed with good man-machine interface. The software intergrate some classic methods of mechanical faults diagnosis and non-stationary signal processing methods such as modern wavelet analysis, they have the advantages that make an accurate and reliable diagnostic results.
