摘要
和传统电路相比,带饱和电感的移相全桥零电压开关变换器可以在很宽的范围内实现零电流关断,减少占空比的丢失。本文在分析了其工作原理的基础上,对几个重要参数进行了讨论,设计了一台380V输入,38V/3.04kW输出的电源,并进行了MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真。仿真结果表明该电路具有开关损耗低、工作频率恒定、可靠性高等优点。
The PS-FB-ZVS-PWM converter with a saturable inductor has advantages such as wide ZVS load range and low duty cycle loss comparing to the traditional PS-FB-ZVS-PWM.Several important parameters are discussed based on the analysis of the converter working principle.And then,a 380v AC input,38V/3. 04kW output power supply is dessigned.The simulative result based on the MATLAB/SIMULINK proved the converter has advantages of low switch losses,contant frequent operation and high reliablity.
