摘要
由于个体、情景、文化等众多因素的影响,员工沉默在当今社会现代企业组织中已成为一个较为普遍的行为。在商业竞争激励的今天,组织中的员工沉默必然成为影响组织绩效的绊脚石。文章在分析员工沉默行为形成机制和影响因素的基础上,结合人力资源开发提出了减少员工沉默行为的策略。
As a result of individual, situational, cultural and many other factors, employee silence has become a common behavior in the modem enterprise organizations. In today's competitive business, employee silence in the staff organizations will inevitably become a stumbling block to impact the performance of organizations. This paper discusses the formation mechanism of the employee silence, analyzes the factors which affect the employee silence, combines the aspects of human resource development and proposes strategy to reduce the acts of employee silence.
