我国企业行政管理的现存问题及改革思路

The Problems of the Administrative Management of Enterprise in China and the Strategies for Improvement

企业行政管理对我国企业发展有着重要作用。但目前我国企业行政管理存在一些问题,即全盘照搬党政机关行政管理模式;企业行政管理中存在"游击作风";企业行政管理人员时常脱离各部门实际;企业行政管理体系缺乏或欠缺。为此,要选择合适的规范的企业行政管理模式;联系实际开展工作;构建企业行政管理新体系。

The administrative management of enterprise plays an important role in the development of Chinese enterprise. However, there are still some problems, such as imitating the mode of administration of the Party and GoVernment offices indiscriminately, the ＂Guerrilla-ism＂ in management, doing things without the practical work and lacking of enterprise administrative system. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt the appropriate mode of administration in enterprise and work based on the practice so as to build a new system of business administration in enterprise.
