摘要
建设现代农业创新体系,是建设创新型国家的重要组成部分,是实现农业现代化的必然选择和体现。文章分析了现代农业创新体系的框架构成,即现代农业的科技支撑体系、现代农业的产业体系、现代农业的人才队伍体系、保证现代农业体系健康发展的机制体制体系等,并提出了建设现代农业创新体系的途径和措施。
The construction of modern agricultural innovation system is an important part in building an innovative country and it is also the inevitable choice of achieving agricultural modernization. This paper analyzes the framework of the modern agricultural innovation system： technological supporting system, industrial system, talents system and the mechanism. And then the means and measures for the construction of modern agricultural innovation system are proposed.
