摘要
随着我国"走出去"战略的实施和发展,近年来我国境外直接投资呈现快速增长态势。2008年由于受全球金融危机的影响,我国境外直接投资流量有所下降,这让我国在迎接机遇的同时也体验了风险和考验,但无论如何都不容我国选择逃避与沉默。面对动荡的国际市场,我国必须以积极的姿态,从容睿智地迎接挑战,谋求更大发展。
In recent years, with the implementation and development of the strategy for international expansion, there has been a rapid growth in China＇s foreign direct investment. In 2008, due to the impact of the global financial crisis, the flows of China＇s foreign direct investment declined to some extent, which brings China both risks and opportunities. But in no case will China make a choice of escape or keep silent. Facing the fluctuation in the international market, China must take a positive attitude to meet the challenges with wisdom and seek greater development.
