摘要
企业的技术创新过程是对信息的处理与开发过程。在提出企业技术创新过程中信息运动模型基础上,指出信息对于企业技术创新主要有三方面的作用:信息是形成创新动机的基础、信息能够减少技术创新的风险、信息决定企业技术创新发展路径。
The process of technical innovation in enterprises is the process of handling and developing information. Based on putting forward information moving model in the process of technical innovation in enterprises, the paper points out that the effects of informa- tion on the process of technical innovation in enterprises are reflected in three ways ： information is the basis of forming innovation mo- tive, it can reduce the risks of technical innovation and determine the path for the development of technical innovation in enterprises.
