摘要
虚拟团队是一种任务型组织,其虚拟性、流动性和参与主体在时间和空间上的相对独立性决定了虚拟团队知识转移过程必然有着区别于一般团队知识转移的特征要素和过程特性。在分析虚拟团队知识转移的基本理论特性的基础上,构建虚拟团队知识转移的一般过程模型,并探讨虚拟团队知识转移过程中的关键要素及其对知识转移活动的影响。
Virtual team is a task-based organization. Its characteristics such as virtual properties, mobility and the relative independ- ence of participations in time and space determine that knowledge transfer process in virtual team is significantly different from that in general teams. Based on ihe analysis of the basic theory and basic characteristics of knowledge transfer in virtual team, the authors build up a general knowledge transfer process model and discuss the key elements of knowledge transfer process of virtual team and their impacts on knowledge transfer activities.
