Expression of Copper and Cadmium Plant Availability in Soils

摘要 文章选取江西红壤和江苏黄棕壤两种酸、中性土壤为研究对象,在污染企业周边采集红壤-青菜,黄棕壤-水稻样品共22组,分析了土壤-植物体中重金属铜和镉的含量。同时,选取了0.1mol/LHCl、1mol/LNH4OAc、0.1mol/LEDTA和0.1mol/L柠檬酸4种化学提取剂提取土壤中重金属。结果表明,在综合考虑重金属铜、镉的毒性水平,不同种类植物的吸收系数和植物体含水率的差异后,0.1mol/LHCl能较好地反应土壤中重金属的植物可利用性,其与植物体内重金属权重离子冲量相关的决定系数达0.885。 Taking typical acid and neutral soils including red soil in Jiangxi and yellow brown soil in Jiangsu as the study object, 22 groups of sample near the polluted enterprise including red soil-vegetable and yellow brown soil-rice were selected to analyze the content of copper and cadmium. 4 chemical extractants namely 0.1mol/L HCl, lmol/L NH4OAc, 0.1mol/L EDTA and 0.1mol/L citric acid were used to extract copper and cadmium content in tested soils. Results indicated that 0.1molfL HCl was the best chemical extractant, which can express the plant availability of heayy metals in soil by using modified iron impulse with the determination coefficient between the plant and soil of 0.885, when the difference of the element between copper and cadmium, the difference of enrichment coefficient and water ratio between vegetable and rice were considered.
