摘要
20世纪50年代,以西维因为代表的氨基甲酸酯类农药进入市场,成为继有机磷农药的第二主力军。西维因被广泛用于果树、蔬菜、粮食、药材、茶等作物,毒性作用日益暴露,干扰人体内分泌,损害生殖系统,影响人类健康,因此,对西维因的研究具有重大的现实意义。文章综述了近年来国内外对西维因的毒性及雌激素活性的研究进展,并提出了该领域研究的趋势。
Carbaryl has been brought into focus due to the fact that it has been widely used since 1950s in agriculture and was recognized to have toxicity of interfering endocrine of human being. Based on the literature reviews, this paper summarizes the recent advances in carbaryl studies regarding its analysis and monitoring, toxicology in terms of acute toxicity and environmental estrogenic activity, and its degradation by use of physical, chemical and biological measures.
