摘要
以纳米复合钨硅杂多酸为催化剂,己酸和丙烯醇为原料,通过酯化反应合成凤梨醛。结果表明,在醇酸物质的量比为1.8∶1,催化剂用量5%,带水剂10mL,反应时间2h的条件下,酯化率可达97.2%。
Allyl hexanoate was synthesized by caproic acid and propenol as raw materials through esterification reaction with nano-H4SiW12O40/SiO2 as catalyst. The factors influencing esterification were investigated. The optimum technical parameters were summed up as follows: molratio of alcohol and acid was 1.8:1, the use level of catalyst was 5 %, 10 mL water-taking reagent used, and 2 h esterification. Under the above conditions, the esterifying ratio could reach up to 97.2 %.
