前列腺癌干细胞与前列腺癌耐药机制的研究进展
摘要
肿瘤干细胞是存在于造血系统或实体肿瘤当中的一种具有干细胞特性的细胞。目前的研究发现肿瘤干细胞与肿瘤的发生、发展、转移、复发有关，其中就涉及到肿瘤干细胞的耐药。前列腺癌干细胞耐药就会导致前列腺癌治疗失败、甚至复发。因此探明前列腺癌干细胞的耐药机制、寻找新的药物治疗靶点就成为前列腺癌治疗的关键。此文综述了最近关于前列腺癌干细胞与前列腺癌治疗的新研究进展。
