摘要
建立了检测IgM抗-HD的酶联免疫法(ELISA,捕捉法),经验证该检测方法具有良好的特异性。文中还对119例HBV/HDV感染者进行了IgM抗-HD检测并在此基础上对IgM抗-HD的分子类型进行了研究,结果提示IgM抗-HD的检测有助于HDV与HBV同时感染与重叠感染的鉴别;文中所选HDV感染者的IgM抗-HD均发19S IgM抗-HD为主,是HDV感染急性期的标志,反映我省HDV感染者多为近期感染。
A specific enzyme-linked immunoabsorbent assay was developed for detection of IgM antibodies to delta antigen. The assay was based on the selective binding IgM from sera to antihuman IgM (μ chain specific) fixed to wells of a microtitre plate, and utilized delta antigen extracted from the liver of an experimentally infected chimpanzee. Sera from 119 patients with confirmed HBV/HDV infection(2 with acute HBV/HDV coinfection and 117 HBsAg carriers with HDV superinfection) were investigated for the prescnce and molecular nature of IgM anti-HD. IgM anti-HD was detected in 82 cases, and in 75 of them serum HDAg was also detected. The antibody was predominantly 19s but 7s monomeric IgM anti-HD was also detected in one with superinfection. Transient IgM anti-HD responses was observed in patient coinfected with HDV, while prolonged elevated IgM levels were found in HBsAg carriers superinfected with HBV. Our results suggest that(1)IgM anti-HD is proved to be useful in distinguishing between coinfection and superinfection with HDV. (2) In some parts of Jiangsu province the majority of patients with HDV infection are of recent exposure, thus spreading HDV infection in susceptible population should be observed.
