摘要 论述了大力开展植物转基因研究是我国农业科学发展的必然趋势,指出了在我国开展拥有自主知识产权的高效转化方法研究的必要性和紧迫性。同时还对在植物转基因方法研究领域的探索做了简要介绍,发明了2种新的植物转基因方法:超声波处理花粉介导植物基因转化方法和农杆菌介导植物萌发种子基因转化方法,这2种方法不仅具有我国自主知识产权,而且均大大简化了植物转基因操作过程,可以不经植物组培程序直接获得转基因植株或种子,并能在一定程度上提高转化率。 The necessity of actively promoting plant genetic transformation researches in our country was discussed. And the necessity and urgency for developing highly-efficient plant genetic transformation methods with our own intellectual property were pointed Out. At the meantime our research experience in this area was briefly introduced. We have invented two novel plant genetic transformation methods, "Pollen-mediated plant genetic transformation with nltra-sanication" and "Agrobacterinm mediated ge- netic transformation of germinating seeds". We have full intellectual property of these two methods, which have the merits of being simple, highly-efficient to certain extent, and circumventing lengthy and tedious tissue culture procedures.
